SPARES PARTS: 

Every customer has the right to demand the best after sales support for all the equipment used by him. We from BHAI make sure that our customers get quality spare parts and outstanding after sales service through our service network. Thus ensuring that customers get the required spare parts in the shortest possible time. BHAI provides services through our own Sales & Service network across the country. Apart from the main manufacturing plants at Faridabad & Ludhiana, spare parts are available ex-stock.

OUR AFTER SALES SERVICE:

Apart from our regular service extended during the supply of our equipments like co-ordination for work related to civil foundation, installation & commissioning of our equipments, we also provide complete training on the operation, electrical & software programmes on our equipments to our customer. Thus enabling them to be capable of handling the plant and handle basic trouble shooting problems.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT:

Our Annual Maintenance Contract ( AMC), ensures additional support and periodical maintenance of the equipment, thus reducing the down time and improving the efficiency of the equipment. AMC’s are available with different options to suit every customer’s need. Thus, ensuring better life of the equipment, faster service, geniuine spare parts resulting in longevity of the equipments.
